About Get Mulched
Get Mulched has been providing residential and commercial landscaping solutions for 20 years. Originally started in 2001, owner Ryan Black worked on the side as a college student while getting his bachelor’s degree from Wright State University. Following the advice of his customers, Ryan established Ultimate Property Solutions, LLC (DBA Get Mulched). His vision was to establish a company that that was built from a solid foundation of professionalism and customer service.

GetMuched cares about your home and certainly want to be sure we are aware of any irrigation sprinkler heads, dog fences, or any other items you have installed in your yard prior to us performing the work. By entering your name in each of the boxes below you giving Ultimate Property Solutions, LLC (DBA Get Mulched) and it's employees and contractors, permission to dig/edge along your flower bed lines either by hand or with our edging machines. Also, by entering your name in each of the boxes you agree not to hold Ultimate Property Solutions, LLC (DBA Get Mulched) and it's employees and contractors liable to any damage to unmarked irrigation sprinkler heads, invisible dog fences, or any other items you have installed underground in your yard that are not utilities of the state of Ohio. We will be responsible for contacting Ohio 811 for the protection of your utilities only.
